Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at our Raleigh restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain presentation standards, and support seating flow to deliver elevated hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service
• Greet guests promptly and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, and menu displays
• Model personal presentation standards and act as a brand ambassador
• Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and business performance
• Work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol and required shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using proper techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
