Host

Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at the restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain hospitality standards, and support seamless dining operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and graciously and escort them to their table
• Manage the host stand, coat closet, and menu displays to maintain organization
• Provide First Class Service and serve as a brand ambassador through personal presentation
• Maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings to assist guest inquiries
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and guest experience
• Support smooth front of house operations and communicate guest needs to staff
• Ensure guests begin and end their dining experience with exceptional care

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service and assigned duties
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using proper techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
