Housekeeping Supervisor - 59th Street

Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports daily housekeeping operations and helps maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment. This role manages a team of 20 employees and may fulfill the Housekeeping Manager's duties in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague and customer compliance with health and safety protocols, and maintain proper sanitation practices.
• Manage housekeeping staff, support onboarding and performance development, and communicate service expectations.
• Maintain supply inventory and purchase housekeeping supplies.
• Support store priorities and motivate staff to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of operations or building services experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate across functional areas.
• Dedication to customer service and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
