Operations Supervisor

Summary

The Operations Supervisor supports the successful operation of a luxury retail store by leading team members and overseeing inventory, logistics, client care, and compliance. This role assists store leadership, serves as Manager on Duty, and helps maintain excellent service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with team mentorship, training, floor coverage, and opening and closing duties.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, shipping and receiving, merchandise transfers, repairs, and damages.
• Maintain organized operational records, store supplies, facilities, and technology support.
• Partner with Client Care and corporate teams to support aftersales service and operational compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing store operations, inventory, and compliance.
• Strong client service, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with retail technology, including POS and inventory management systems.
