Operations Supervisor

Summary

The Operations Supervisor oversees and optimizes boutique operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and logistics. Reporting to the Boutique Director, this role leads the operations team and contributes to the boutique's profitability and smooth daily functioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the operations team while collaborating with store colleagues and business partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory, organize stockrooms, and conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Manage deliveries, replenishment, returns, transfers, product requests, and repair logistics.
• Ensure product quality, stockroom safety, and compliance with audit guidelines and company policies.
• Manage store supplies and monitor maintenance, stationery, uniforms, and other operational needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Luxury retail experience and an affinity for luxury products are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, task-management, and logistics skills.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with SAP, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
