Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the Corporate Groups HR teams from the New York City headquarters, supporting onboarding, terminations, HR systems, budget management, and HR communications while fostering collaboration and DEIB initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide general HR administrative support including forms, tracking, ordering supplies, imaging, and documentation
- Manage termination process including exit interviews and system processing
- Create onboarding schedules for executives and support calendar management for VP and CG team
- Liaise with Employee Services to process transactions in Oracle HCM and manage timesheets
- Prepare presentation materials and provide on-site support for signatures and printing
- Run regular and ad-hoc reports to provide data and insights for talent trends
- Build PowerPoint decks and maintain organizational charts for Corporate Groups and HR
- Coordinate team building activities and support HR events including Global HR Town Halls
- Support visa administration tasks such as posting, printing, filing, and communications
Requirements
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work across teams and levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and problem solving
- Experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM preferred
