Job Description

Summary

Support the Human Resources Department in day-to-day administrative HR activities to help achieve strategic goals, assist recruitment and employee relations, and contribute to HR projects for US boutiques. Role requires in-office presence a minimum of 2-3 days per week and offers hands-on experience across HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR team with daily administrative tasks and processes
  • Collaborate with HR administration to track signed employee documents and review paperwork
  • Analyze reports related to HR documentation
  • Support recruitment by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct reference checks as part of hiring process
  • Assist with federal and state labor law projects and employee relations matters
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Order and organize office and kitchen supplies
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail oriented, strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and tact
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders and prioritize deadlines
  • Must be available in office a minimum of 2-3 days per week
  • Previous HR internship experience is a plus
