Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Manager at Cartier Southeast Retail, you will be responsible for collaborating with boutique and corporate teams to drive consistency in HR data, processes, and analytics. This role is a 6-month temporary maternity leave cover, focusing on recruitment, growth, and development of retail employees within our boutiques.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full HR day-to-day support, including performance and employee relations management.
  • Oversee performance management processes and conduct new hire check-ins, employee roundtables, and exit interviews.
  • Develop people strategies focusing on talent acquisition, management, and development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on employment matters.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and hire candidates.
  • Collaborate with key partners in Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Legal.
  • Conduct regular boutique visits and partner with employees at all levels.
  • Manage key HR processes such as annual compensation process and Talent reviews.
  • Provide regular training and updates on compliance regulations and policies.
  • Support data collection for Employee Visa and Immigration Processes.
Requirements
  • College degree in a related area, MBA or master’s preferred.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of US and California state/city employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Experience coaching mid or senior-level leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
