IS Specialist

The IS Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's applications, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of IS operations to support the organization's objectives. Reporting to the IS Manager, the IS Specialist works closely with other team members and HQ IT Managers to develop and implement IS strategies and ensure compliance. This hybrid position requires three days on-site and two days remote.

• Support SAP Modules including FI/CO, SD, and MM.
• Provide month-end support for the Finance Team.
• Train end users on procedures related to FI/CO, SD, and MM.
• Support EDI and vendor partnerships.
• Manage daily reconciliation for EDI orders between SAP/EDICOM.
• Support integration points for Free Trade Zone.
• Provide support for CEGID & Pro-Concept.
• Assist with Salesforce support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and explain complex IS language in common terms.
• Exceptional time management skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Experience in remote support and troubleshooting application issues.
• Preferred knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Salesforce, SAP Basic, and applications such as O365 suite.
