IT BI & Data Solutions Analyst

Summary

The IT BI & Data Solutions Analyst supports the delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions across the Americas. The role partners with business stakeholders to define requirements and develops data and reporting solutions, with a focus on Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions using Power BI and SQL.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, reporting needs, and KPI logic.
• Manage analytics projects from problem definition through delivery and business adoption.
• Support user enablement and optimize reporting and data solutions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI, including DAX, semantic models, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting design, and KPI logic.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Retail or luxury industry experience, global organization experience, ETL or data pipeline knowledge, and Microsoft Azure data platform experience are preferred.
