Reporting to the IT Internal Audit Lead, this position will manage critical audit and analytics efforts across technology, cybersecurity, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.

The Manager will manage and lead global audits and advisory engagements, collaborate with cross-functional and third-party teams, and communicate practical insights to technology and business stakeholders. The role requires an understanding of how technology enables key business capabilities across stores, digital, supply chain, licensing, and corporate functions, and the ability to connect technology risks and control observations to broader business and strategic outcomes. This role will also help modernize the Company's IT SOX program through greater use of automation, analytics, and efficient testing approaches.

The ideal candidate is an experienced technology auditor who brings strong judgment, curiosity, and creativity, and who will help move our approach from traditional, manual procedures toward technology-enabled audit work. This individual will use AI, automation, and data analytics to elevate audit insights and coverage, and help build these capabilities across the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead all phases of global technology audits, cybersecurity audits, implementation reviews, integrated audits, and advisory engagements, including scope, planning, fieldwork, reporting, timelines, workpapers, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide ongoing assurance and advisory support over major technology and business transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and other strategic programs, through timely assessment of governance, delivery, risks, controls, readiness, and key decision points.
  • Assess risks and controls across information security, access management, cloud environments, data protection, technology operations, system development, resilience, third-party services, and AI and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and execute audit procedures, evaluate results, and formulate clear conclusions and practical recommendations addressing controls, risk management, and process efficiency.
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders to provide risk-informed advice, influence positive outcomes, and support effective decision-making, while overseeing co-source partners for quality, value, knowledge transfer, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare concise audit reports and presentations that translate complex technology matters into clear business risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify, design, and scale opportunities to leverage AI agents, automation, analytics, and reusable tools to enhance risk assessment, evidence review, control testing, reporting, continuous monitoring, audit insights, efficiency, and coverage.
  • Promote responsible use of AI and analytics in line with Company AI policies and standards, including data privacy and security, accuracy, transparency, and human oversight.
  • Lead efforts to streamline, automate, and continuously improve IT SOX, including ITGCs, IT automated controls, SOC 1 Type 2 reports, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation validation, and coordination with external auditors to maximize efficiency and reliance.
  • Contribute to department risk assessments, audit planning, methodology improvements, special projects, and other priority initiatives, including embedding AI and analytics into audit methodology and coaching team members on their use.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience, including at least three years in IT audit, technology risk, cybersecurity, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading technology audits, cybersecurity audits, implementation reviews, transformation assurance activities, integrated audits, or advisory engagements supporting major business and technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of information systems audit, information security, IT general controls, IT automated controls, application controls, integrations, cloud environments, and technology risks.
  • Working knowledge of SOX requirements and experience evaluating ITGCs, IT automated controls, and SOC 1 Type 2 reports.
  • Ability to analyze technology and control issues, develop evidence-based conclusions and recommendations, and communicate complex matters clearly to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, a practical, risk-focused approach to auditing, and a drive to stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, collaborate across functions, and recognize when matters require escalation.
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CIA, CPA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI, analytics, or automation tools to audit or business workflows, such as Copilot, Claude, Dataiku, Power BI, UiPath, or comparable technologies, preferred.
