Job Description

Summary

The IT Retail Support Analyst provides onsite and remote technical support for Richemont boutiques across the Americas. The role resolves technical incidents, supports retail technology and expansion projects, and helps maintain a reliable end-user experience. Regular travel of up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for boutique devices, peripherals, store systems, and connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage tickets through resolution and escalate complex incidents.
  • Coordinate IT workstreams for retail expansion projects, including planning, implementation support, and operational handover.
  • Maintain support documentation, standards, and procedures, and communicate updates to users and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience supporting iOS devices and retail technology peripherals; basic networking and first-level network troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Azure administration, including user and group management.
  • Experience imaging devices and preparing equipment for hires, store rollouts, or refreshes; ability to analyze logs and document findings.
  • Clear communication, strong organization, and ability to manage competing priorities and travel up to 50%.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Citrix, Intune, SCCM, or retail store projects is preferred.
