Responsibilities- Collaborate with the CIO to craft the annual and 3-year business plan, budget, and IT transformation roadmap.
- Establish initiatives and dashboards to monitor project evolution related to IT transformation.
- Conduct assessments and establish a scorecard to progress the IT change strategy.
- Assess the impact and value of the IT strategy by conducting recurring visits and working with retail teams.
- Develop project milestones with the Senior Manager of PMO & Governance.
- Assist in building budget presentations to support business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bring fresh ideas on applying innovative technologies, including AI, to IT.
Requirements- Master’s degree in Strategy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management, strategy, IT, or budget management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
