IT Strategy and Project Management

As an IT Strategy and Project Management professional, you will join the LVMH Fashion Group's IT team in New York. You will play a crucial role in shaping the IT transformation roadmap and supporting strategic decision-making through research and analysis.

• Collaborate with the CIO to craft the annual and 3-year business plan, budget, and IT transformation roadmap.
• Establish initiatives and dashboards to monitor project evolution related to IT transformation.
• Conduct assessments and establish a scorecard to progress the IT change strategy.
• Assess the impact and value of the IT strategy by conducting recurring visits and working with retail teams.
• Develop project milestones with the Senior Manager of PMO & Governance.
• Assist in building budget presentations to support business objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Bring fresh ideas on applying innovative technologies, including AI, to IT.

• Master’s degree in Strategy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project management, strategy, IT, or budget management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
