Summary
Provide corporate IT systems administration and support across front and backend infrastructure, desktop support for corporate office and stores, mobile device management, signage and audio systems, vendor maintenance, documentation, and project assistance. Manage servers, networking, voice telecom, IT security, hardware and software deployments, and onboarding activities while supporting special projects and departmental operations.
Responsibilities
- Support and deploy wired and wireless networking, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain servers including storage, backups, operating systems, virtualization, and data center tasks.
- Administer O365 users licensing, Exchange, databases, applications, and Active Directory accounts groups and policies.
- Manage VOIP telephony systems and mobile voice and data.
- Implement and maintain IT security for desktop server mobile and network systems.
- Provide desktop support for Windows PCs and peripherals for corporate office and stores.
- Build troubleshoot image and repair hardware including PCs POS devices and printers.
- Manage mobile device inventory deployment policies and maintenance.
- Document processes maintain asset management knowledge base and support vendor portals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years corporate IT experience.
- Extensive Windows 10 and 11 experience with basic command prompt or PowerShell knowledge.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware networking concepts and experience with Cisco Meraki is a plus.
- Experience with MDM and Apple Business Manager and Meraki Systems Manager is a plus.
- Experience with virus spyware removal and preventative procedures.
- Familiarity with Windows Servers and Active Directory maintenance.
- Customer service skills with verbal and written communication and basic training experience.
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and travel occasionally.
- Knowledge of SQL Oracle or programming and scripting is a plus.
