Summary
Provide application support and develop solutions for enterprise systems with a focus on Salesforce and integrations to ERP and POS platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders and architecture teams to design scalable solutions, monitor production environments, and drive continuous improvement across the order and product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Configure objects, fields, flows, custom metadata, platform events and optimize application performance.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems including ERP and Retail POS.
- Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing and assist with quality assurance.
- Monitor production environments, analyze system performance and identify potential issues.
- Lead resolution of daily production support incidents and document root cause analyses.
- Manage deployment environments and support DevOps related activities.
- Maintain documentation of customizations, integrations, user interfaces and system outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Lightning Platform development experience.
- Experience integrating master data and omni channel order flows with PLM ERP POS and WMS systems.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs and data modeling.
- Familiarity with web technologies HTML CSS JavaScript and version control systems.
- Knowledge of middleware technologies, Oracle integrations, AWS and SF DevOps Center is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
