Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the latest software and application patches on user systems and devices.
- Deploy applications and updates to user computers and devices as needed.
- Manage computers, users, and groups in Active Directory.
- Administer Microsoft 365, email distribution lists, groups, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Adobe Licenses.
- Ensure user devices are running optimally with minimal downtime.
- Maintain and update standards and recommendations for approved devices, hardware, and software.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for devices and subscriptions.
- Support technology project initiatives and document application configuration and system architecture.
- Maintain and resolve Level 3 tickets and support HR on onboarding/offboarding requests.
- Provide local on-site support for store openings, relocations, closures, and IT projects.
- Support FG Infrastructure & Security team for troubleshooting network/security-related issues.
- Coordinate with Maison Central Support Teams to deliver fixes related to incidents/enhancements.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in IT support and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and capability to manage several complex projects in parallel.
- Experience with major IT store projects, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking and network services.
- Experience with payment processing, traffic counters, timeclocks, and other retail store systems.
