Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while driving individual and team sales. Maintain strong product and brand knowledge, develop client relationships through CRM, and ensure the store reflects the brand aesthetic and standards.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent in-store service following the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships
- Support omnichannel initiatives and proactively engage in cross selling across departments
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays following company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent customer experiences and a positive work environment
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors and demonstrate product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints appropriately and escalate to line manager when needed
- Follow stock procedures and contribute to loss prevention and store security
Requirements
- Passion for selling and retail with interest in luxury fashion, art and design
- Experience building long lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, resilience, self motivation and result driven attitude
- Strong product knowledge of the managed category
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
