SummaryAs an Industrial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, modifying, and executing all aspects to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for either the external supplier base or internal manufacturing supply base. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the supply plan meets the current demand plan and supports supplier strategy based on company initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage, expedite, re-schedule, prioritize, and analyze firm requirements to ensure on-time delivery of products to Distribution Centers.
- Conduct business reviews with Planning and Sourcing teams to ensure supply plan matches long-term supplier strategy.
- Analyze late deliveries, determine recovery plans, and resolve root causes of lateness.
- Identify potential split changes and cost savings opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity related to production lead-times, case pack quantities, order minimums, and other ordering rules.
- Communicate with cross-functional team members on supplier activity and issues.
- Collaborate with Distribution Centers on supplier compliance and receiving issues.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and develop reports and analyses to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with other Analysts to develop and align on monthly reporting and support business needs.
- Assist with New Product launch split assessment and communication.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies and procedures.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of related job experience.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
- Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
