As the Information Technology Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports our operational excellence and strategic objectives. You will lead a dedicated IT team, driving technological advancements and optimizing systems to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Integrate S2K with Siva 3pl systems to streamline operations.
- Manage and maintain POS systems across all retail locations.
- Oversee logistics and ERP systems to ensure seamless supply chain management.
- Maintain headquarters networking and office IT infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Set up and manage EDI, collaborating with wholesale clients for efficient data exchange.
- Coordinate e-commerce integrations and provide technology support to online operations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and optimize service delivery.
- Create and analyze reports using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage and mentor the Network Administrator, ensuring effective team performance.
- Travel occasionally to the Siva facility in Trenton, NJ and various retail locations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7+ years of hands-on IT technical experience, including systems, networks, and security, with at least 2 years in IT management or project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of business systems and processes, particularly ERP (S2K preferred), Office 365, EDI, LAN/WAN, cloud-based solutions, disaster recovery, and network operations.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Proven experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and producing clear documentation.
- Effective leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams and external consultants.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Must be able to commute reliably for full-time, on-site work in New York, NY.
