SummaryAs an Integrated Marketing AdOps Manager, you will support our Brand Partnerships and Ad Sales group by leveraging the full scope of Hodinkee's portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with Editorial, Video, Data, Brand, Custom Content, Product, and Creative teams to develop and execute new advertiser opportunities.
Responsibilities- Support the Brand Partnerships team with drafting, designing, and preparing proposals for client pitches using all Hodinkee brand assets.
- Liaise between sales/clients and marketing/editorial on sponsorships and other client-facing projects.
- Attend client briefings or internal brainstorms to pitch integrated marketing solutions.
- Collaborate on creating presentations, media kits, sell sheets, and other sales/marketing materials.
- Manage campaign set-up, monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and create final campaign recaps.
- Work with clients to handle campaign asset delivery for various campaigns.
- Report on Branded Content program/article executions.
- Manage campaign invoice process and liaise with Brand Partnerships and Finance teams.
- Establish streamlined processes where needed.
Requirements- 3-5 years of ad sales marketing/promotion experience.
- Experience in ideating and creating advertising programs.
- At least 1 year of Digital Publisher or Media Agency experience.
- Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and comfortable with multi-tasking.
- Passion for branded content, media sales, and marketing.
