Intelligence Research Specialist

As an Intelligence Research Specialist at Louis Vuitton Americas, you will apply your analytical expertise to produce intelligence products supporting intellectual property investigations. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the protection of the brand's assets and reputation.

• Utilize databases such as Westlaw, Datamyne, Lexis Nexis, and others to identify targets and assets for legal actions.
• Conduct research using social media and the internet to gather background information.
• Prepare presentations and documents for training, litigation, and trial purposes.
• Assist in trial preparation and testify in court regarding intellectual property cases.
• Author legal documents such as cease and desist letters and affidavits.
• Respond to subpoenas and process evidence for trials.
• Create flow charts and manage statistical trend analysis for U.S. Customs reporting.
• Train law enforcement officers in product authentication.

• 5+ years of experience in intelligence research or related fields.
• Proficiency in analyzing trends and preparing investigative reports.
• Experience in government, private investigation, or corporate research.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
