Summary

Manage a beauty counter performing sales and service while teaching product use and building customer relationships. Drive personal and counter sales through in-store and digital tools, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure the counter is organized and customer ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts and build customer loyalty
• Keep counter organized clean and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends products and brand trainings
