Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, events, and customer follow-up.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty products and trends.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and encourage customer loyalty program enrollment.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain in motion for extended periods, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
