Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and services to meet customers beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer-ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
• Participate in trainings to stay current on trends and product knowledge
