Interim Beauty Sales - South Coast Plaza

As an Interim Beauty Sales Associate at South Coast Plaza, you will be part of the Nordstrom Beauty community, creating personalized beauty experiences and maximizing sales in luxury beauty brands. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and build a following both in-store and digitally.

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and industry knowledge through training.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty through the Nordstrom Rewards program.
