Interior Design Consultant - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide a luxury client experience for walk-in and prospective RH Gallery clients by assessing needs, advising on products and services, and partnering with RH Interior Design. Own the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, cultivating and maintaining a strong client base while achieving fiscal goals. Represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication, appearance, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized service and design expertise to gallery clientele
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and meet sales targets
• Support gallery visual and quality standards
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in art, architecture, or interior design preferred
• Strong relationship, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on the gallery floor
• Licensed to drive and ability to travel locally or out of state preferred
