Interior Design Consultant - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide a luxury client experience in the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver curated spaces. Act as a client advisor, managing all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while growing and maintaining a strong client base. The role requires deep product knowledge, relationship-building, and a passion for luxury design.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-driven and results-oriented
• Highly organized, collaborative, and proficient with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, prolonged standing and maneuvering around gallery; licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
