Summary
Provide luxury in‑store design consultation services to walk‑in clientele, collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet client needs and deliver exceptional experiences. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle and achieving gallery sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and pursue sales goals
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team
- Assist with local or out of state travel for client needs
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver in gallery and stock room
- Licensed to drive preferred
