Interior Design Consultant

As an Interior Design Consultant at RH, you will play a crucial role in delivering luxury service by understanding and fulfilling the design needs of clients visiting the RH Gallery. You will collaborate with RH Interior Design to ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations, while embodying the RH brand values and lifestyle.

• Live the RH Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Develop and maintain a strong client base.
• Achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.

• Experience within a Design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.
• Strong people and relationship skills.
• Strategic and mentally agile.
• Highly organized and collaborative.
• Results-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
