Interior Design Consultant - Detroit Gallery

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the gallery by assessing needs, qualifying and educating clients on RH Interior Design services, and owning the client experience from initial contact through delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client expectations while building and maintaining a strong client base aligned with the RH brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and pursue sales goals
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design team to fulfill client needs
• Maintain interest and knowledge in luxury and design industry

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Education in art architecture or interior design and relevant experience preferred
• Strong people and relationship skills with results oriented focus
• Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on gallery floor
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
