Summary
Provide luxury service to RH clientele in the Gallery by assessing design needs, guiding clients through the design process, and partnering with RH Interior Design to deliver exceptional results. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle through appearance and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Achieve fiscal and sales goals for the Gallery
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Represent the brand through professional communication and personal appearance
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and Gallery team members
- Perform duties on the Gallery floor, stock room, and office including lifting up to 25 lbs
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Background in art, architecture, or interior design and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
- Results-oriented and collaborative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and maneuver small to medium items and to travel locally or out of state
