Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Achieve fiscal and sales goals
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations
- Travel locally or out of state as needed
Requirements
- Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art architecture or interior design preferred
- Strong relationship building and people skills
- Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
- Results oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical duties including bending and stooping
