Summary
Provide luxury service to RH clientele by assessing design needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver exceptional spaces. Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base and representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent the brand through professional communication and personal appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Background in Art Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver throughout the Gallery
