Trade Consultant

Summary

Provide first-class service to design trade clients and support growth of the interior design trade business within the gallery. Act as a brand ambassador, offering product expertise, consultative guidance, and coordination of services to create a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the trade business
• Qualify and educate potential design and trade clientele through consultations
• Conduct site visits and assist with design development
• Coordinate internal services and product installations
• Provide product expertise and elevated service to clients
• Maintain visual and quality standards within the gallery
• Represent the brand through polished communication and professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in a high-end interior design showroom
• Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building a trade business
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Clean driving record and current driver’s license
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift items up to 25 lbs
