Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the Gallery, partnering with RH Interior Design to assess client needs and deliver curated design solutions. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle through elevated service and product expertise. Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery and support gallery standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members
• Maintain interest in the luxury and design industry

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in art, architecture or interior design preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
