Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the gallery by assessing design needs, educating clients on services, and partnering with interior design teams to deliver high-quality residential solutions. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the brand with professional presentation and product expertise. Support visual and operational standards within the gallery and contribute to achieving fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product knowledge and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
• Manage client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base to meet sales goals
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design to fulfill client needs
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support visual merchandising and quality standards in the gallery
• Perform gallery floor duties including assisting with product movement and presentations

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in art architecture or interior design preferred
• Strong relationship building and client service skills
• Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver in gallery spaces
• Licensed to drive and ability to travel locally or out of state preferred
