Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides elevated service to walk-in clients at the RH Gallery and helps connect them with RH Interior Design services. This role builds client relationships and supports clients throughout the product selection and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service and demonstrate expertise in RH products.
• Qualify and educate prospective clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience at a design firm or in high-end furniture or luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented with strategic and mental agility.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds, move around the Gallery, and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
• Local or out-of-state travel may be required; a driver's license is preferred.
