Interior Designer - Intermediate

Summary

RH Interior Designers provide luxury interior design services to walk-in clients within an RH Gallery. They collaborate with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership to develop design concepts, support projects, and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury interior design services and execute small-scale residential design projects.
• Support large-scale projects in partnership with the Interior Design team.
• Create design presentations and communicate concepts, space plans, and product selections.
• Manage the client experience from consultations through delivery and site visits.
• Help achieve fiscal goals and maintain Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Professional portfolio required; a degree in art, architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related space-planning or rendering programs preferred.
• Strong artistic, organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Interior installation experience, hand rendering, and sketching skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
