Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to walk-in clients in the gallery, helping assess their needs and connect them with RH Interior Design services. This role builds client relationships and supports clients throughout their experience, from initial contact through product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated client experience through product expertise and service.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about interior design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a client base while achieving fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the gallery and stockroom, and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state; a driver's license is preferred.
