Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide a luxury, consultative experience for walk-in RH Gallery clientele by assessing needs, qualifying projects, and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver curated home furnishings and designed spaces. Own all phases of the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery while growing and maintaining a strong client base. Represent the RH lifestyle through expert product knowledge, elevated service, and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated customer service on the Gallery floor
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and collaborate with design teams

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven, highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver on gallery floor, and travel locally; licensed to drive preferred
