Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide a luxury client experience in the Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele, offering product expertise, and partnering with the interior design team to meet client needs. Manage the full client journey from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base. Represent the brand professionally and support gallery standards to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, luxury service and product expertise to clientele on the gallery floor
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the gallery and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, with strategic and mental agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around gallery and stock room, and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
