Interior Designer - Intermediate

Summary

Interior Designer responsible for delivering luxury residential design services to walk-in clientele within an RH Gallery. Collaborates with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership to produce presentations, space plans, and product selections. Manages client engagements from consultation through delivery and site visits while supporting larger projects and gallery sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury interior design consultations and client-focused service on the gallery floor
• Produce brand-appropriate design presentations, space planning, and product selections
• Own client experience from initial consultation through delivery and on-site visits
• Support large-scale projects in partnership with the interior design team and gallery leadership
• Maintain gallery visual and quality standards and help achieve fiscal goals

Requirements

• 2+ years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture, Interior Design or related degree preferred and professional portfolio required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other space planning/rendering programs preferred
• Hands-on interior installation experience and strong artistic skills including hand rendering preferred
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock areas
