Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to gallery clients by understanding their needs and connecting them with RH products and interior design services. The role builds client relationships and supports a high-quality gallery experience from initial contact through product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and product expertise to RH clients.
• Qualify and educate clients about interior design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Art, architecture, or interior design education and relevant experience are preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, remain mobile around the gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
