Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele by assessing design needs in the Gallery and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client expectations. Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while growing and maintaining a strong client base. Represent the RH lifestyle brand through product expertise, elevated service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide product expertise and elevated service to walk-in and potential clients
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or relevant experience in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; people and relationship driven
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented; proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver on the gallery floor, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred
