Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to walk-in clients in the gallery and helps connect them with RH Interior Design services. This role owns the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building lasting client relationships and supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with elevated service and expert product guidance.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience through product delivery and maintain a strong client base.
• Achieve fiscal goals and uphold gallery visual and quality standards.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain knowledge of the luxury design industry.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, communication, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move throughout the gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
