Interior Design Consultant - San Francisco Gallery

Summary

Provide a luxury client experience in the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele, advising on products and services, and partnering with RH Interior Design to deliver complete designed spaces. The role owns the client journey from initial contact through product delivery, focused on building and maintaining a strong client base and achieving gallery sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, product-focused service and expertise to gallery clients
• Qualify clients and educate them on RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a personal client base and meet fiscal targets
• Support gallery visual and quality standards and represent the RH brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• Strong relationship skills, organization, and results orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google apps
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, prolonged standing and mobility; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
