Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations, grow a client base, and represent the RH lifestyle through professionalism and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal goals and sales targets are achieved
- Represent the brand through communication and personal appearance
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal design teams and gallery staff
- Maintain interest in luxury and design industry trends
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art, architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
