Interior Design Project Coordinator

Summary

Project Coordinators support RH Interior Design by owning key phases of the project lifecycle and assisting Lead Designers. The role coordinates project activities and provides a luxury experience for clients from initial consultations through delivery and installation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation.
• Coordinate consultations and site visits in partnership with RH Interior Designers.
• Serve as the primary client liaison after project completion, from order placement through delivery and installation.
• Work with cross-functional teams and ensure project schedules and timelines are met.
• Support gallery visual and quality standards and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate concurrent projects.
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, and relationship-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications, and Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks in the gallery, stockroom, and office.
• A driver's license is preferred; ability to travel locally or out of state.
