Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader guides a results-driven sales team in delivering elevated customer experiences and building lasting relationships. This role drives sales performance, develops team capabilities, and maintains high standards for merchandise presentation and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, monitor performance indicators, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns.
• Build client outreach lists to encourage relationships and repeat business.
• Maintain brand standards for merchandise presentation, store appearance, safety, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on sales, operations, and customer service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets through leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Flexibility to work across operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the role.
