Interior Design Sales Consultant - Linden House

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the Gallery by consulting on high-end home furnishings and design solutions. Collaborate with Interior Design to qualify, educate and support clients, owning the client experience from first contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, product-expert experience for luxury clientele on the gallery floor
• Qualify and educate potential clients on Interior Design services and solutions
• Manage all phases of the client relationship from initial contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are met
• Represent the brand through professional communication, appearance and service
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Background or relevant experience in Art, Architecture or Interior Design preferred
• Strong relationship skills, strategic agility, organization and results orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around the gallery and stock room; ability to travel locally
